Since 2002, Redbrick has provided strategic communications counsel and training related services to a broad range of public and private sector clients. Our portfolio includes work for prominent companies, law firms, governments, associations, universities and not-for-profit agencies.

Collectively, we bring to the table not only communications expertise but experience from inside government, media, and industry. As a result, we know how to reach media, key opinion leaders and consumers. Many of our client relationships are as old as our business and our greatest source of new business is referrals.

Brian Lambie

Brian Lambie has extensive communications experience gained during his career as a private sector consultant, a political assistant and a public servant.

He founded Redbrick Communications in 2002 with a mission to empower people and organizations to tell their own story, no matter how great the challenge. For the past seven years Brian has served as the media contact for the Association of Municipalities of Ontario (AMO) and he is a sought after media trainer and conference speaker.

Formerly Vice President of Howe & Company Corporate Communications and an Account Group Director with GPC International in Toronto, his specialties include corporate and public sector communications, issue and crisis management, and stakeholder and media relations.

Brian earned his M.A. in Journalism at the University of Western Ontario.


Farah Tayabali

Farah Tayabali is an experienced public relations professional and former journalist. She has provided communications counsel to a variety of organizations, ranging from consumer products and healthcare companies to government agencies and provincial ministries.

She formerly served as Director of Public Relations for a North-American wide vision services company and Account Group Director with GPC International in Toronto. Farah specializes in media relations, issues management, internal communications and writing. An experienced trainer, she has taught strategic communications planning and writing at Humber College.

Farah's ability to turn complex information into compelling prose was honed as a reporter at The Hamilton Spectator and The Buffalo News. As a journalist, she reported on a wide range of subjects, including municipal government, health care and education.

Farah received an M.A. in Journalism with a fellowship from the University of Maryland, College Park.


Lesley Robinson

Lesley Robinson is a Senior Consultant specializing in strategic communications planning, media relations and writing. Formerly Media Relations Manager for Casino Rama, her communications experience includes leading communications campaigns for a municipal association, speech writing, event planning, and media relations for professional boxing and entertainment events.

Through Redbrick she has served Ontario’s largest municipal association, the Government of Ontario, and a number of Ontario municipalities. Prior to joining Redbrick, Lesley’s journalism experience included reporting for the First Local newscast in Barrie and for television and radio stations in London, Ontario.

Lesley holds an Honours B.A. in Media Information Technoculture and an M.A. in Journalism from the University of Western Ontario. Lesley is a regular on-air personality on Moose FM Radio.
